Accepted order even though they couldn't fill it. Very disappointing

My go-to shop when it's time for a new bag, purse or luggage. I can always seem to find what I want here.

Bad customer experience., misbehaved with my little daughter and then when asked gave all bizarre arguments like she was breaking it, breaking bags seriously!!!. Mum was around but instead of notifying her or asking the kid gently, went and scolded the little girl to an extent to make her cry. Seriously no empathy.I wish they too face such situation, where they can understand the value of moral values.

I used to buy from this store, and it was always good experiences until today! We talked to an absolutely rude and angry staff! We were looking for a kid suitcase and there was only one left, it was a little bit old in look so my husband asked if we can get a discount she started to peeling off the plastic angrily and loudly explaining nothing is wrong with it! Ok! Maybe nothing was wrong with it but you weren’t nice and we felt offended by your behavior and that’s why we didn’t buy it! I meant to give it a one star but It wasn’t fair to other staff and the store!

We bought a luggage set with a 10 year warranty from this store. One suit case developed a tear the very first time we used it as my belt had rubbed through the material from the inside. I called the store (about 2 weeks after the purchase) to make a warranty claim and they suggested I speak to the airline for compensation. I then stated that this was not the fault of the airline. I made the point that the material on a suitcase should not tear under normal use, clarifying that my belt buckle had no sharp edges. Their response to this was that only the workmanship on the suitcase is covered by the warranty and I should take up my issue with the manufacturer. This is not the way to do businesses - if you are going to sell a product then you need to back it up. I would not recommend buying anything from this store.

It is unfortunate when you visit the store to pickup the booked order and the staff just said we are so sorry we have sold it to someone else

Service is great, and products are reliable. Appreciate the 12 month warranty as well, as my bags go through some rough terrain.

Only person in the store when I walked in, no hello can I assist you? One of my hands is in a splint and I was looking to find a new wallet but couldn't get the wallets I wanted to look at out of the display boxes. Put 3 possibilities on the counter. After a minute or so the Staff member finally walked over and without a greeting just started scanning the product's for a sale!I explained that I was unable to get the wallets out of the packaging to see if they are suitable for my needs (a min of 5 cards) she then just walked off to give a package to a postie who had entered the store. Then proceeded to do her store admin before coming back to help me.Never asked me a question about what I was after or suggestions to a product that would suit. Will Never enter this store again. Ludicrous service and if she reads this, now you know why people shop online.

Unfortunately, I share the same experience as many others in saying that the store member who took our call isn't very friendly and quite abrupt.Coming from a person who's purchasing something, we shouldn't be treated this way. Can't imagine how i would be treated if I'm just querying something and actually purchasing anything as yet.I honestly thing the store owner needs to review this unless the person who took our call is the store owner?

I went into this store today looking for a backpack. The shop was extremely messy with boxes everywhere making it almost impossible to even reach some bags to look at. The 2 ladies working were so rude. Neither one asked if they could assist me so I approached one and mentioned what I was looking for. She then proceeded to ask if I was high school age because I was after a backpack... I am a third year uni student!! Furthermore, the lady said she would have a look for some more bags and then come back to me, she never came up to me again, even though I was the only customer in store. I was very tempted to not buy the two bags I found due to the complete lack of customer service. At the counter purchasing the bags, the other member of staff was also rude and did not even greet me. A polite hello how are you, goes a long way and it was non existent in store today. Totally shocked at the customer service. I will not be purchasing from here again nor recommending it to anyone else.
