Who would have thought it would have been a good experience? Usually I'd go into a store looking for a particular item and no-one would know what was going on. Though, this place was different. The lady helping us really knew her stuff and I would absolutely go back if I needed to buy another travel bag.

Well, that is 1 Strandbags my husband and I will NEVER shop at again! The older lady with an accent South African I suspect is GREAT at making you feel like a shoplifting criminal because the STAFF forgot they left a box of wallets for sale out in the open. They missed out on a sale by my husband, with an excess of $200. We were looking through said box when she come snatched it away saying, well if you want something you have to come look at the counter after I asked if they were for sale. She was quite rude in our opinion, she will lose more customers rather than attract them!

some older lady with a south african accent, i assume the manager, speaks to her staff extremely poorly, definitely isn’t a conversation that should have been had on the floor in front of customers. especially as i was standing there as the manager walked past me multiple times without greeting me, definitely shouldn’t be speaking to her staff like that.

At least have the courtesy to update your opening hours when your store is shutdown in the middle of the Christmas shopping period. Going to Carousel for no reason at this time of year is not a good time.

Bright and comfortable.Wide selection of luggage, bags and wallets. Good value for some goods on sale.There were wo staff, polite and always smiles. One was initiative to provide information as a reminder.Not enough mirror.

I found the service incredible, despite having to deal with another difficult and insanely rude customer screaming in their faces, the staff managed to help me find the perfect bag within my price range. While dealing with the other rude customer they managed to keep their cool, even though they were being screamed at for something that was out of their control. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need a new bag and recommending this place to everyone I know

. I noticed more leather bags were available and they are on sale. Some of the bags on sale were really good value. Customer service was good. Not too intrusive and not ignored either.
