Staff courteous and super friendly. I ended up buying an iPad case and one of their Apple Watch bands. Just bought today, but the quality I can tell is first rate and I’m confident there won’t be an issue. The Apple iPad case fits my large pro with keyboard and it has an internal pocket perfect for holding my Apple pen and small drive.The Apple Watch band is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s hand made from leather. Comes In one of their canvas bags. Already giving the iPad case a crack around Freo this arvo.Thanks Again!

I have an older satchel of theirs that I absolutely love to use and how nicely the leather has aged. However one of the clasps have broken and whenever I've tried multiple times to try and get in touch about how to get a replacement clasp I can't get a response from them via email, website or phone call. Great Product but average customer service

The folk at Jack Stilllman have a commitment to quality and a genuine care for their product that is simply unmatched. While the Covid disruptions to supply chains has delayed shipping, it's well worth the wait for these incredible bags and tool rolls!

I ordered a laptop sleeve recently from this store. Unfortunately, when it arrived the specification was not as per the photos, the zip had been upgraded to a stronger spec but the photos on the website did not reflect this. To their credit, as soon as I reached out to discuss my concerns (no longer a waterproof zip), they owned the mistake of not updating their photos, explained why the product was different, then offered a full refund for the product, including out of pocket return postage expenses. Bravo. Yes the product was not as per my needs (waterproof zip) but there are not many companies out there who have such strong, honest communication with their customers when things go wrong. I would definitely shop with this brand again in future if I found a product I needed.

The Jack Stillman range of bags and accessories is hands-down the best-looking leather and canvas gear I've EVER come across.I searched for months to find quality, great-looking leather products and was so stoked to find the Jack Stillman range. I ordered the Scout Satchel in early 2018 and from the moment I received it I was mega impressed. The brass fittings, the quirky inner lining and the stylish canvas-leather blend were flawless, and ooze character. I use it mostly as a work bag, and it fits a Microsoft Surface Pro plus cables, books and other gear comfortably.In 2019 I needed a more travel-friendly camera bag - one that wasn't as bulky as the compartmentalised bags - and again Jack Stillman kitted me out with the Mad-13 Waxed Canvas Rolltop Rucksack, which I think looks even better than the Scout! It can roll down to a small bag, or fit in my full wildlife photography camera kit. I've used it to carry stuff from a full overnight camping/fishing kit to my larger work laptop, books and office gear. It has a super sexy inner lining, gorgeous brass fittings and the waxed canvas feels tough as nails. I couldn't be happier!And, as Jack Stillman promises, the leather and the look of these bags tell the story of all of my adventures to date, from the wilds of Africa to the remoteness of Australia. The leather and canvas only looks better with age as any small scratches tell a story, though it's especially resistant to marking/damage. I've had the Scout for over 2 years now and still can't find a fault with it.I honestly can't recommend this gear highly enough - from the Australian owned/made aspect to the supreme quality of customer service AND products.Thanks legends, I will be buying more!
