Very knowledgeable and experienced staff who have actually used many of the items sold and have been trekking - that makes a lot of difference talking to someone who has experience with the gear.

My second time here and am always impressed with their sales and service levels. The shop is well stocked and their sales staff are ever ready to help you if you have any questions etc. The even gave me advice on my options when one of the apparel I was looking at wasn’t the right size ie where else to get it or they will order it for me etc.All in all , always a wonderful experience shopping here.

Came in this arvo to purchase a new day pack for my upcoming travels. Was greeted by a lovely man called Sam. He was super helpful providing awesome service and answering all questions. Will definitely be returning!!!Thanks guys

Best outdoor store in Perth HANDS DOWN! I’d give it 6 stars if I can. Every staff member here is so friendly and helpful. Dana is my absolute favorite person to deal with, she is a wealth of knowledge and really wants to help you find the gear that best fits you. She helped me with my backpack and many other things. She is a great asset to paddy pallin.

Super friendly staff, great products and were able to give lots of advice for the cape to cape track. The reason for the 5 star review is that they were able to get me a new magnet that had fallen off my old osprey water bladder, what champions! Even remembered me when I came back in. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Paddy Pallin Perth this week. I went there in search of a new Osprey backpack, and was served by Yoshi. What an asset to Paddy Pallin he is. He is so friendly, so helpful and not at all pushy.He couldn’t have been more patient with me when selecting the right pack, giving me some of his own experience as helpful advice. He insisted I walk around the store with the pack loaded up for as long as I wanted. Then Li went and sourced me the backpack from another store as they didn’t have the size I wanted in store at the time, which she happily arranged to be sent to my home.And THEN Yoshi went and spent ages with me helping me select a new pair of shoes, again offering me his advice, but not in a pushy way. I must’ve tried on about 6 pairs of boots and he was so happy to help. I couldn’t decide on a boot (too much choice) but once I’ve made my mind up, I know for certain it will be purchased from Paddy Pallin because of Yoshi and Li being so helpful. Their customer service is more than I’ve described in this review, it’s what I’d consider above and beyond.I can’t recommend this store highly enough!!

Very friendly staff. Sam spent the time to explain pros and cons of various running backpacks with me so that I could buy with confidence. They have a handy mirror so you can see how it all fits. This shop is massive with a huge range of stock. Highly recommended and will return. Wish I knew about this place earlier!I actually was going to buy online but glad I went to the store as the pack I bought fit much tighter than I was expecting and I would of bought one size too small had I gone online.Its convenient to test products out and with price matching you can get the goods today instead of in 2 weeks.
